The Hebrew word of the week is ra'ah (to see, behold), a verb that occurs in over 1,200 verses in the Tanakh. The niphal (3ms) of ra'ah is the keyword of Parashat Vayera, and occurs as the first word in Genesis 18:1:

And the LORD appeared to him by the oaks of Mamre, as he sat at the door of his tent in the heat of the day. (Gen. 18:1)
