I will bless the L-rd at all times

avarakha et-Adonai b’khol-eit

I will bless the LORD at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
- Psalm 34:2

avarakhah et-Adonai b’khol-eit, tamid tehillato befi.

אֲבָרֲכָה (avarakhah) is the piel imperfect 1st person singular form of בּרךְ (to bless, kneel), from berekh, meaning knee: I will bless.
תְּהִלָּתוֹ (tehillato) is 3rd person masculine singular of the noun תְּהִלָּה (praise), which in turn comes from the root הָלַל (halal): His praise.
